1. Accounts

  • You must create an account to access our courses and services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You agree not to share your account details with others or use another user’s account without permission.
  • VA Team Experts LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of our terms.

2. Content Enrollment and Access

  • When you enroll in a course, you receive a license to view the content via our Services. This license does not grant you ownership of the course material.
  • You may not resell, distribute, modify, or share course content without permission.
  • Lifetime access does not apply to courses obtained through subscription plans or special promotions.

3. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

All sales and promotional offers are final and non-refundable. This includes any course or product purchased at a discounted price, including flash sales, coupon codes, or limited-time offers such as the VA Career Bootcamp promotional rate.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Discounted or promotional course purchases

  • Special sales with reduced pricing

  • Courses offered as “final sale”

Please note: If you enroll in a course under a promotional offer, discount, or coupon, you will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether the course has been accessed or completed. Be sure to review the course details and confirm your commitment before purchasing.

3.1 Pricing

  • Course prices are determined based on instructor terms and promotional policies.
  • Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and subject to change without notice.

3.2 Payments

We offer two secure payment methods: PayPal and Stripe. Please review the details before proceeding with your purchase:

  • PayPal:
    • One-Time Purchases: Pay via PayPal account or directly with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and EnRoute cards.
    • Subscriptions: Requires a PayPal account; guest checkout is not available.
  • Stripe:
    • All Purchases: Pay directly using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and UnionPay cards; no account needed.

Important: If you prefer not to create a PayPal account, please use Stripe for subscriptions.

3.3 Subscription Billing & Cancellation Policy

  • Billing Cycle:
    • When you subscribe to a monthly course plan, you will be charged on the same date each month (e.g., if you subscribe on the 22nd, your next billing date will be the 22nd of the following month).
  • Automatic Renewals:
    • Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled.
    • Payments are processed through your selected payment method (PayPal or Stripe).
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • You may cancel anytime via your student dashboard.
    • If canceled, you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.
    • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
  • Failed Payments & Account Suspension:
    • If your payment fails, our system will retry before canceling the subscription.
    • If payment remains unsuccessful, course access will be revoked.

4. Instructor Selection and Changes

  • VA Team Experts LLC reserves the right to change, replace, or remove instructors from courses.
  • Instructor content is licensed to VA Team Experts LLC and cannot be transferred to another instructor.
  • Instructors must comply with VA Team Experts LLC’s quality standards and policies.
  • VA Team Experts LLC does not guarantee a minimum number of student enrollments for instructors.
  • Instructors are responsible for ensuring their content does not violate copyright laws or infringe on third-party rights.

5. Content and General Behavior Rules

  • Users must not engage in harassment, hate speech, or copyright violations.
  • VA Team Experts LLC reserves the right to suspend accounts engaging in prohibited behavior.
  • Instructors and students must adhere to our community guidelines to maintain a safe learning environment.

6. VA Team Experts LLC’s Rights to Content You Post

  • By posting content on our platform, you grant VA Team Experts LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for marketing or educational purposes.
  • VA Team Experts LLC may feature instructor content in advertisements or promotional materials without additional compensation.

7. Using VA Team Experts LLC at Your Own Risk

  • Course content is provided “as is,” without warranties.
  • VA Team Experts LLC is not liable for course effectiveness, losses, or damages arising from content use.

8. Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions grant access to specific courses or content for the duration of the paid period.
  • If a subscription is canceled, access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase.
  • No refunds will be provided if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed.
  • Subscription plans are non-refundable once charged.
  • VA Team Experts LLC reserves the right to decline refund requests that violate these terms.

10. Instructor Earnings and Withdrawals

  • Instructor earnings are based on revenue-sharing agreements.
  • Instructors must request withdrawals through the designated payment platform.
  • Withdrawals can only be requested after 15 days from the last transaction date to allow for payment verification and fraud prevention.
  • VA Team Experts LLC reserves the right to withhold or adjust earnings in cases of policy violations or refund disputes.
  • All withdrawals are processed in accordance with the chosen payment method’s policies and timelines.

11. Miscellaneous Legal Terms

  • VA Team Experts LLC reserves the right to modify course offerings at any time.
  • Any violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes must be resolved through small claims court or binding individual arbitration.
  • Class actions and jury trials are waived under these Terms.

13. Updating These Terms

  • VA Team Experts LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
