A licensed English teacher, Dennis has made a career out of fostering communication skills and helping others unlock their potential through language and education. Born with a natural inclination towards learning, Dennis earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, where he gained a deep understanding of media and public relations. His passion for education led him to pursue a Master's degree in Education, which further shaped his career trajectory and enhanced his ability to teach and connect with diverse individuals.
While Dennis has always been passionate about teaching, his career took a unique path when he entered the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. With more than 10 years of experience in the BPO sector, Dennis honed his skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. His work in the BPO industry broadened his professional abilities and taught him the value of adaptability and client-focused service. A significant chapter in Dennis’s life involved working as an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) for six years. During this time, he immersed himself in different cultures, strengthening his global perspective and honing his interpersonal and communication skills. His time abroad provided invaluable life lessons that shaped both his personal and professional development.
Currently, Dennis is thriving in the Virtual Assistant (VA) industry, where he has worked for the past five years. In this role, he continues to utilize his skills in communication, organization, and customer service to help clients across various sectors succeed. The transition into the VA industry allowed Dennis to further expand his digital skills, offering a seamless blend of his teaching experience and BPO expertise.
Throughout his career, Dennis has proven his ability to adapt to new industries and challenges.
